Bakalářská práce pojednává o osudech jednosálových kin, která se vyskytovala v městských obvodech Prahy 1 a Prahy 2. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vlivem historických události na provozování kin v průběhu 20. století, a to od jeho počátku, kdy kina zaznamenala progresivní růst, až do jejich postupného úpadku po roce 1989. The Bachelor Thesis deals with destinies of the movie houses which were occured in urban districts Prague 1 and Prague 2. The theoretical part deals with the influence of historical events on the management of movie houses during the 20th century, from its beginning when the movie houses noticed progressive growth, til their decline after the 1989.
