Abstract:
Práce podává ucelený přehled o vzniku a vývoji akkadského práva. Popisuje a charakterizuje jednotlivé dochované právní památky. Dále se zabývá právními zásadami a ve stručnosti pojednává o historii území, mezopotámské společnosti a jejím třídním složení. Na závěr diplomová práce uvádí druhy trestných činů, jejich stíhání a popisuje následný výkon spravedlnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis gives a comprehensive overview of the formation and development of Akkadian law. It describes and characterizes the various legal preserved monuments. It also deals with the sources of the law and legal principles and briefly discusses about the history of the territory, about the Mesopotamian society and their social classes.
