Content and disclosure of annual reports in selected EU countries

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma obsahu a zveřejnění výročních zpráv v členských státech Evropské Unie. Za porovnávané státy jsou vybrány Česká republika a Německá spolková republika. První tři kapitoly nashromažďují poznatky týkající se výročních zpráv z české, německé, unijní a mezinárodní úpravy. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou následující poznatky porovnány a zjištěné závěry potvrzeny v paté kapitole, ve které dochází k porovnání výročních zpráv vybraných společností. Závěrečné kapitoly tak naplňují cíl této práce, kterým je porovnat právní regulaci výročních zpráv v obou zkoumaných státech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the content and publication of annual reports in the member states of the European Union. The Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany are chosen as the countries to be compared. The first three chapters collect information regarding annual reports from the Czech, German, the EU, and international regulations. In the fourth chapter, the following findings are compared, and the conclusions reached are confirmed in the fifth chapter when the annual reports of companies are compared. The final chapters thus fulfil the goal of this work, which is to compare the legal regulation of annual reports in both chosen states.
