On the Authenticity of Kevin Costner's Dances with Wolves
Abstract:
The aim of the Bachelor thesis is a historic-cultural description of the film Dances with Wolves and its following analysis from the point of view of both authentic elements and inaccuracies regarding the cultural and historical authenticity; moreover, it aims to bring a satisfactory explanation what the reason of these inaccuracies was.
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je kulturně-historický popis filmu Tanec s vlky a jeho následná analýza z hlediska jak autentických prvků, tak prohřešků vůči kulturní a historické autentičnosti, a pokus o nalezení vysvětlení, jak k těmto pochybením došlo.
