Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Sirupy – tekuté slazení se zabývá tekutými sladidly, a to především přírodními sirupy. V úvodu je zmíněna historie používání tekutých sladidel. Práce uvádí základní definici sirupů a sladidel, jejich rozdělení a popsána je zde i legislativa. Část práce se podrobněji věnuje jednotlivým druhům sirupů a jejich složení. This bachelor thesis called Syrups - liquid sweetening deals with the use of liquid sweeteners, especially natural syrups. The introduction mentions the history of the use of liquid sweeteners. Individual chapters contain basic definitions of syrups and sweeteners, their distribution and legislation is also described here.
