Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím diagnostiky osobnosti při výběru zaměstnanců v kontextu identifikace požadavků na pracovníka. Ústředním tématem je osobnost obchodníka a charakteristiky, které predikují úpěch v oblasti prodeje. Cílem předmětné práce je zmapování využití psychodiagnostických metod v oblasti personalistiky a analýza konkrétní metody, jenž je používána v oblasti obchodu s využitím reálných dat z korporátní sféry. Úvodní kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na obecnou rovinu zpracovávané problematiky a pozornost je věnována osobnosti člověka, jakožto vzácného zdroje na trhu práce. Jsou vyloženy související pojmy jako jsou kompetence, kompetenční model, výběr zaměstnanců a detailní pozornost je věnována oblasti psychodiagnostiky. Všechny oblasti, které jsou v teoretické části zpracovány ve formě kompilace odborných publikací, konvergují k části praktické, která se zabývá analýzou konkrétní psychodiagnostické metody a to včetně popisu jejich částí, implementace v prostředí korporace a vyhodnocením korelace jejich výsledků s výkonem a retencí vybraných obchodníků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the application of personal diagnostics within the recruitment process in the context of the identification of the employee requirements. The main theme is personality of the sales person and the characteristics predicting success in the sales area. The aim of the submitted thesis is the description of the application of the psychodiagnostic methods in the human resources management and the analysis of the specific chosen method which is used in the sales area. Real valid corporate data are used. The introductory chapter is focused on the general issues related to the analysed area. A human being is reflected as a valuable resource at the labour market. Terms such as competence, competence model, recruitment and psychodiagnostics are explained. Areas, which are depicted in the form of the reference books compilation in the theoretical part, head towards the practical part of the thesis. The practical part deals with the analysis of the specific chosen psychodiagnostic method with focus on the description of its individual parts, its implementation in the corporate environment and finally evaluation of the correlation of its results with the performance and retention of the tested sample of sales people.
