Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá politikou odměňování a hodnocení, které úzce souvisí s motivací. This thesis deals with remuneration and evaluation policy which is closely related to motivation. The first part introduces to the issues and concepts of the remuneration system, evaluation with different angles of this topic. Then the obtained information were applied on chosen company.
