Abstract:

Cílem přehledové bakalářské práce bylo vyhledat a sumarizovat aktuální publikované poznatky o problematice vnímání bolesti dítěte při aplikaci injekcí a odběrech krve. Studie byly vyhledány systematickou rešeršní strategií za užití elektronických databází pomocí předdefinovaných kritérií. Extrakce, analýza a syntéza dat proběhla na základě stanovených dílčích cílů. Bakalářská práce ukazuje, jak důležitou součástí léčby je přístup zdravotníků, spolupráce s rodiči a použití moderních technologií. Dochází k ovlivnění aktuálního zdravotnického výkonu a vnímání lékařského a nemocničního prostředí. Dítě lépe snáší návštěvy těchto zařízení a je schopno na léčbě participovat. Kooperace mezi zdravotnickým personálem a dětskými pacienty je zásadní pro úspěšnou léčbu. Důležitá je spolupráce s rodiči, kteří jsou dítěti nejbližší a nejlépe jej znají. Moderní technologie jako je virtuální realita, použití rozptylujících technik směřuje k odvedení pozornosti a invazivní výkon se stává snesitelnější. Aplikace moderních technologií je předmět stálého výzkumu a studií na toto téma přibývá.

Abstract:

The aim of the review bachelor's thesis was to search for and summarize current published findings on the issue of children's pain perception during the administration of injections and blood draws. Studies were identified using a systematic search strategy with electronic databases based on predefined criteria. Data extraction, analysis, and synthesis were conducted based on established sub-objectives. The thesis demonstrates how important the approach of healthcare professionals, cooperation with parents, and the use of modern technologies are as part of the treatment. There is an influence on the current medical performance and the perception of the medical and hospital environment. Children tolerate visits to these facilities better and are able to participate in their treatment. Cooperation between healthcare staff and pediatric patients is crucial for successful treatment. The collaboration with parents, who are closest to the child and know them best, is also important. Modern technologies such as virtual reality and the use of distraction techniques aim to divert attention, making invasive procedures more tolerable. The application of modern technologies is the subject of ongoing research, and the number of studies on this topic is increasing.
