The bachelor thesis is devoted to a divorce legislation in the Slovak republic and to selected European counties. First chapter is focused on definitions of fundamental concepts, which are richly used within the thesis. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá právnou úpravou rozvodu manželstva v Slovenskej republike a vybraných európskych štátoch. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie základných pojmov, s ktorými sa budeme v tejto práci stretávať.
