Předmětem bakalářské práce „Účtování o zásobách ve vybraném ekonomickém subjektu“ je analýza a vyhodnocení metod oceňování a postupů účtování zásob používaných v ekonomickém subjektu EK Hodonín, s.r.o. V práci jsou shrnuty zjištěné výhody a nevýhody uplatňovaných postupů, identifikovány hlavní problémy a navržena optimální řešení účetní evidence zásob.
