Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá diskriminací na trhu práce. Záměrem bylo podat souhrnný náhled na tuto problematiku a zodpovězení cílových otázek týkajících se vzniku, rozpoznání a omezení diskriminace. Hlavní cílovou skupinou se staly ženy, jež patří k významné kategorii stižené diskriminačními praktikami na trhu práce, což potvrdil i výzkum a stanovené hypotézy.
