The Implementation of CMT SaaS to Financial Institution

Abstract:

V diplomové práci analyzuji a navrhuji funkční architektonický vzor pro implementaci marketingového nástroje pro online marketing do finanční instituce. Cílem je zanalyzovat funkční požadavky bankovních institucí a navrhnout architekturu. V práci čerpám ze svých znalostí z implementací zákaznických a marketingových řešení do nejen bankovních společností z České republiky, ale i do startupů nebo výrobních společností v České republice a v zahraničí. Kromě vydefinování standardních funkčních požadavků se zabývám problematikou bezpečnostních požadavků. Dále požadavků, které se mohou v implementaci objevit, jako například souběh více marketingových systémů a s tím spojená migrační strategie nebo přístup k vývojovým prostředím. Kromě obecných přístupů a řešení funkčních požadavků se práce zabývá integračními vzory, druhy integrací a návrhem komponentní architektury. Návrh architektury počítá s využitím marketingových nástrojů od společnosti Salesforce, konkrétně Salesforce Marketing Cloud a Interaction Studio. Tyto nástroje pokrývají potřeby online marketingu pro komunikační kanály – email, SMS, push notifikace, personalizace webových stránek. Pro kanály, které nejsou standardně dostupné navrhuji integrační vzor jejich integrace do finálního řešení.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis, I analyse and design a functional architectural model for the implementation of a marketing tool for online marketing in a financial institution. The aim is to analyse the functional requirements of banking institutions and to design the architecture. In my work, I draw on my knowledge from the implementation of customer and marketing solutions not only to banking companies from the Czech Republic but also to start-ups or manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to defining standard functional requirements, I deal with the issue of safety requirements. Furthermore, requirements that may arise in the implementation, such as the concurrence of multiple marketing systems and the associated migration strategy or access to development environments. In addition to general approaches and solutions to functional requirements, the work deals with integration patterns, types of integrations, and design of component architecture. The architecture design envisages the use of marketing tools from Salesforce, namely Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio. These tools cover the needs of online marketing for communication channels – email, SMS, push notifications, website personalization. For channels that are not standardly available, I propose an integration pattern of their integration into the final solution.
