Project Planning Methods Using Network Diagrams
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the project planning methods using network diagrams. The theoretical part is focused on description and definition of methods CPM, PERT, GERT, MPM, PDM and CCPM. The practical part illustrates the application of methods CPM, MPM and CCPM on concrete software project. This is followed by a comparison of the particular methods.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá metódami plánovania projektov využívajúcimi sieťové grafy. Teoretická časť je zameraná na popis a vymedzenie metód CPM, PERT, GERT, MPM, PDM a CCPM. Praktická časť ukazuje aplikáciu vybraných metód (CPM, MPM a CCPM) na konkrétnom projekte. Nasleduje porovnanie a zhodnotenie možností jednotlivých metód.
