Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na obraz druhé světové války v letech 1945 – 1948 v poválečné literatuře. Pomocí diskurzivní metody je zkoumán celkový obraz Německa, německého obyvatelstva a samotného Vůdce Třetí říše včetně jeho nejužšího okruhu. Také je zkoumáno, zda a jaký vznikl ohlas u československého obyvatelstva na informace, které byly veřejně odhaleny u norimberského soudu. Nakonec je rozebírán vztah Čechů a Němců, zejména jak se jevil po válce a jak se lišil od dnešních pocitů ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This master's thesis studies how the World War II is captured in years 1945 – 1948 in post-war literature. Using discursive method, it explores perception of Germany in general, of German populace and of the very head of the Third Reich, including the circle of his closest associates. Another point of interest is whether and how the Czechoslovak people responded to information that was made public at the Nuremberg trials. At the end, the relations of Czechs and Germans are discussed, mainly how they were after the war and how the relations differ from today's conception.
