Tax Competition in Business Practice in Selected EU Countries
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou daňové konkurence. Vychází z kontextu daňové teorie a zaměřuje se podrobněji na daňovou konkurenci a činnost mezinárodních organizací v této oblasti. Následuje prezentace právní úpravy této problematiky ve vybraných zemích EU. Zjištěné údaje jsou základem pro případovou studii minimalizace zdanění právnických osob s využitím založení společnosti v zahraničí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the topic of tax competition. Based on the context of tax theory it focuses more detailed on the tax competition and the activities of international organizations in this field, followed by the presentation of legal regulations of this issue in selected EU countries.
