Abstract:

Má diplomová práce na téma Monitorování CS 137 v mase Sus Scrofa (prasete divokého) se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti radioaktivity s důrazem na radiocesium (137Cs) a na příčiny a následky začlenění radiocesia do ţivotního prostředí a také do potravního řetězce. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje rovněţ kapitolu o havárii jaderné elektrárny v Černobylu. Je zde popsáno, co způsobilo explozi reaktoru a jaké důsledky tato katastrofa má na životní prostředí se zaměřením na Českou republiku. Důležitou částí mé diplomové práce je popis gama spektrometrické analýzy, kterou jsem v následující praktické části použila k monitorování radiocesia 137Csv životním prostředí, v mém případě konkrétně ve vzorcích svaloviny prasete divokého. V praktické části jsem přehledně popsala odběr a úpravu primárních vzorků, přístrojové vybavení pro gama spektrometrickou analýzu, postup při stanovení 137Cs ve vzorcích a výsledné změřené aktivity mase divokých prasat z pěti různých lokalit v ČR.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is Monitoring CS 137 in the meat Sus Scrofa (wild boar). My thesis is divided into two main parts. In the theoretical are explained the basic concepts of radioactivity with the focus on radiocesium (137Cs) and on the causes and consequences of inclusing radiocesium into the enviroment as well as into the food chain. This thesis also contains informations about the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident. It describes what caused the reactor explosion and the consequences of this disaster on the enviroment aimed on the Czech Republic. An important part of my thesis is the description of the gamma spectrometric analysis, which I used in the following practical part for the monitoring of radiocesium (137Cs) in the environment, especially in samples of wild boar´s meat. In the practical part I described the sampling and adjustment of primary samples, instruments for gamma spectometric analysis, procedure for determination of radiocase in samples and the resulting measured activity of wild boar´s meat from five different locations in the Czech Republic.
