Fixation of reactive dye on cotton fabric by CO\raisebox{-0.45ex}{\large 2} laser

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá ověřením funkčnosti nové metody v barvení bavlněné tkaniny. Nová metoda vychází z klasické barvící metody termofix, avšak barvivo je fixováno pomocí CO2 laseru místo fixačního rámu. K barvení jsou použita Ostazinová H-barviva. Na základě experimentů s laserem byl vytvořen teoretický model, který je schopný predikovat barevnost bavlněné tkaniny na základě teploty ozařování.

Abstract:

This Diploma Thesis deals with the verification of the functionality of the new method in dyeing cotton fabric. The new method is based on the classic dying method thermofix, however the dye is fixed with a CO2 laser instead of a fixation frame. Ostazin H-dyes are used for dying. Based on experiments with laser, a theoretical model was created, which is able to predict the color of cotton fabric based on the temperature of the irradiation.
