Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou předškolního období a motivovaným cvičením s gymnastickým náčiním. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření souboru námětů s využitím gymnastických tyčí pro děti předškolního věku, který může být využit jako inspirace v rámci pohybových chvilek v mateřských školách nebo volnočasovým pedagogům při práci s dětmi. This Bachelor thesis deals with charakteristic pre-school period and capturing moments using gymnastic bars. The main focus is to create a collection of topics using gymnastic bars for children pre-school age which can inspire physical education lessons in kindergartens after school activities.
