Abstract:
Práce obsahuje stručný popis historie Švarc-systému, definuje kdy jde o Švarc-systém a kdy ne. Analyzuje modelové příklady a navrhuje řešení, aby nedocházelo k porušování zákona o zaměstnanosti.
Abstract:
The work contains a brief description of the history Svarc-system defines the terms of Svarc-system and when not to. It analyzes the models and proposes solutions to prevent violations of the Employment Act.
