Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení řízení výkonnosti zaměstnanců Gymnázia Zábřeh. The focus of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the performance management of staff at Gymnazium Zabreh. The theoretical part deals with the issue management of public administration employees, their motivation, remuneration, education and evaluation.
