This bachelor thesis discusses one of the problems of the descendants of Dutchmen who lived in Dutch India, who were confronted with the two different cultures in which they lived. This thesis is focused on the way these people were accepted in Dutch and Indonesian society, what impact it had on their lives, and which of these different cultures they felt to be a part of.
