The aim of the (bachelor?) work is to introduce the current situation of the Polish wineries. The introduction is devoted to history of a winery in the world and in Poland. Cílem práce je přiblížit současnou situaci polského vinařství. Úvod práce se věnuje historii a vzniku vinařství ve světě i v Polsku. Následují informace o pěstování vína a výrobě vína včetně popisu určitých chorob, které můžou víno napadat. Třetí kapitola je určena rozdělení a klasifikaci vín. Vína můžeme dělit z mnoha pohledů.
