Toto komerčně atraktivní téma není v české literatuře uceleně upraveno, a proto provádí autor ucelenou analýzu právních aspektů týkajících se ochrany léčiv. The diploma thesis focuses on legal protection of pharmaceuticals in European Union. This commercially attractive topic is not comprehensively discussed in Czech literature and that is the reason why author undertakes comprehensive analysis of legal aspects of concerned topic.
