Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spotřebitelského úvěru a ochrany spotřebitele. Cílem této práce je analýza nového zákona o spotřebitelském úvěru, který přináší podstatné změny v poskytování spotřebitelských a hypotečních úvěrů. The theme of this diploma thesis is Consumer credit and consumer protection. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the new Consumer Credit Act that brings substantial changes to the provision of consumer and mortgage credit.
