The effect of futsal training on technical skill in youth soccer players

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na studium vlivu futsalového tréninku na technické dovednosti mladých fotbalistů. V rámci moderního fotbalu je kladen stále větší důraz na technické dovednosti hráčů, a proto je důležité zkoumat alternativní tréninkové metody, které mohou přispět k jejich rozvoji. Futsal jako odnož fotbalu hraná na menším hřišti s odlišnými pravidly může nabídnout specifické situace a nároky, které mohou zlepšit technické dovednosti hráčů. Cílem této studie je analyzovat účinnost tréninku futsalu ve srovnání s tradičním fotbalovým tréninkem při rozvoji klíčových technických dovedností u mladých fotbalistů ročníku U13 a U15 pomocí srovnání časů vstupního a výstupního testování mezi experimentálními a kontrolními skupinami a také pomocí srovnání časů mezi jednotlivými herními pozicemi. Výsledky této práce by mohly poskytnout užitečné informace pro trenéry, rodiče a sportovní organizace při navrhování optimálních tréninkových programů pro rozvoj technických dovedností u mladých fotbalistů. Pokud se potvrdí pozitivní vliv futsalového tréninku, mohly by být tyto prvky začleněny do tréninkových režimů mládežnických fotbalových týmů, což by mohlo vést k celkovému zlepšení technických aspektů hry.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the study of the effect of futsal training on the technical skills of young soccer players. Within modern football, there is an increasing emphasis on the technical skills of players and therefore it is important to investigate alternative training methods that can contribute to their development. Futsal, as an offshoot of football played on a smaller pitch with different rules, can offer specific situations and demands that can improve players' technical skills. The aim of this study is to analyse the effectiveness of futsal training compared to traditional soccer training in developing key technical skills in young U13 and U15 soccer players by comparing the input and output testing times between experimental and control groups and also by comparing times between different playing positions. The results of this work could provide useful information to coaches, parents and sports organizations in designing optimal training programs for the development of technical skills in young soccer players. If the positive influence of futsal training is confirmed, these elements could be incorporated into the training regimes of youth football teams, which could lead to an overall improvement in the technical aspects of the game.
