V této rigorózní práci je porovnávána úprava námitek proti postupu zadavatele při zadávání veřejné zakázky podle zákona č. 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a podle zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek. Abstract:
This thesis compares a regulation of objections in public procurement cases provided by the Public Procurement Act no. 137/2006 Coll. with the Public Procurement Act no. 134/2016 Coll. Objections are the first means of a protection against irregular practises of a contracting entity.
