Tématem této bakalářské práce je „Trestní řízení ve věcech mladistvých.“ V úvodu se práce věnuje základním vymezením trestního řízení ve věcech mladistvých, jako je mladistvý, základní zásady a sankce ukládaná mladistvým pachatelům. The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is „Criminal Proceedings Against Juvenile Offenders“.
