Petroleum, its useage and effect on the world and the czech economy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá závislostí světové a české ekonomiky na ropě a jejích produktech, na základě těchto ukazatelů: vývoj cen ropy, vývoj světové produkce a světové i české spotřeby ropy, vývoj světového i českého reálného HDP a následného porovnání těchto ukazatelů a vyvození míry závislosti světové a české ekonomiky na ropě. Dále popisuje historii a produkční dopady ropných šoků, možné řešení ropného zlomu a význam ropy pro palivoenergetickou bilanci. Poslední část této práce se zabývá možnostmi budoucího vývoje energetiky, dopravy a možností následného nahrazení ropy v energetice a dopravě jinými energetickými zdroji, pomocí porovnání těchto ukazatelů: energetické návratnosti ERoEI, souhrnu nákladů na provoz a počáteční výstavbu na dolar a specifických výhod a nevýhod využívání jednotlivých energetických zdrojů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the specification of the World and Czech economy dependancy on crude oil and its products, this was based on the following: the development of oil prices, world oil production and world and Czech consumption, the development of world's real GDP, the subsequent comparison of these indicatiors and to draw the world's and Czech economy dependancyon oil. Also, the thesis describes the history and the production impacts of oil shocks, following conclusion of the peak oil and oil importance for fuel and energy balance. The last part of thesis describes the possibilities of the future development of energy, transport and the possibility of consequent oil replacement in power engineering and transport with other energetic sources by using these indicators: Energy Returned on Energy Invested "ERoEI", total commision costs and intial construction of the dollar and specific advantages and disadvantages of using different energy sources.
