Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zobrazovací metody v diagnostice akutní plicní embolie. V teoretické části je popsána epidemiologie, vznik, rizikové faktory, klinické projevy a léčba plicní embolie, poté navazuje diagnostická část, věnující se metodám a algoritmům využívaných při diagnostice plicní embolie. This bachelor thesis is focused on imaging in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism. In the theoretical section describes the epidemiology, occurrence, risk factors, clinical manifestations and treatment of pulmonary embolism, after a follow-up diagnostic section devoted to methods and algorithms used in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.
