Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti PERI, spol. s r.o., kterou by byl ochoten zaplatit potenciální externí investor. Celá práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku oceňování a vychází z odborné literatury. V rámci praktické části je provedena strategická analýza makroekonomického a mikroekonomického prostředí a je posouzena finanční výkonnost a stabilita společnosti. Poté je sestaven finanční plán na období let 2016 – 2020. Na závěr práce je provedeno samotné ocenění společnosti pomocí výnosové metody DCF entity.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company PERI, spol. s.r.o. that he would be willing to pay a potential external investor. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the valuation issues and based on the literature. In the practical part is provided the strategic analysis of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment, and assessed the financial performance and stability of the company. A prognosis of a financial plan is made for the period 2016 – 2020. In the conclusion of this thesis is valuation of the company using DCF Entity method.
