Cílem bakalářské práce bylo porovnání metod (zesíťování, analytická ultracentrifugace a gelová permeační chromatografie) pro studium oligomerizace proteinů. The aim of this work was comparison of methods (crosslinking, analytical ultracentrifugation and size exclusion chromatography) to study of protein oligomerization.
