Abstract:
Tato práce srovnává antimikrobní účinky běžných mýdel, sprchových gelů, mýdel s antimikrobiální přísadou a dezinfekčních prostředků na alkoholové bázi. Jejich inhibiční účinky byly testovány na grampozitivních bakteriích Micrococcus luteus CCM 732, Staphylococcus aureus CCM 3953 a gramnegativních bakteriích Escherichia coli CCM 3954 a Pseudomonas aeruginosa CCM 3955. Abstract:
This study compared the antimicrobial activity of plain soaps, shower gels, antimicrobial soaps and alcohol-based hand sanitizers. The inhibitory effects was tested on Gram-positive bacteria Micrococcus luteus CCM 732, Staphylococcus aureus CCM 3953 and Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli CCM 3954 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa CCM 3955.
