Tato práce se zabývá novým institutem v českém právním systému a tím je autorizovaný inspektor dle nového stavebního zákona, zaváděním tohoto institutu a jeho fungováním.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the Chartered Inspector, a new institute in the Czech legal system in accordance with the new building act, implementation of this institute and it’s functioning.
