Postoperative care of a woman after cesarean section

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Pooperační péče o ženu po císařském řezu je prací teoreticko-průzkumnou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii porodu císařským řezem, indikace operací, metodiku pro-vedení a složení operačního týmu. Rovněž se práce zabývá péčí porodní asistentky se zaměře-ním na péči o suturu a edukační proces, jejž porodní asistentka v rámci své práce provádí. Je zde popsán proces fyziologického hojení ran, rizikové faktory ovlivňující jejich hojení nebo zdra-votnické pomůcky či prostředky, které je pozitivně ovlivňují. Průzkumná část popisuje cílovou skupinu pomocí anamnestických údajů. Dále průzkumná část řeší otázku péče porodních asistentek, jež byla pacientkám poskytována během hospitalizace se zaměřením na hojení sutury. Rovněž v této části zjišťujeme četnost hojení sutury per primam, per secundam. Všechny potřebné informace jsou sbírány retrospektivně z dokumentace pacien-tek pomocí záznamového formuláře.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Postoperative care of a woman after caesarean section is a theoretical - explora-tory work. The theoretical part is focused on the history of caesarean section, indications for surgery, implementation methodology and composition of the operating team. Among other things, the work deals with post-operative care of the patient, the nursing process with a focus on suture care, and the forms of the educational process that the midwife carries out as part of her work. There is described a process of physiological wound healing, risk factors influencing their healing or medical devices that positively influence them. The second part of the thesis - the survey part describes the target group using anamnestic data, the nursing care that was provided to patients during hospitalization with a focus on suture heal-ing. And it determines the frequency of suture healing per primam, per secundam. All necessary information is collected using a registration.
