Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nazvaná Volná úhrada plateb a opatření na její usnadnění je podrobnou analýzou historického vývoje svobody volné úhrady plateb. Zabývá se také právní úpravou opatření, která tuto svobodu upravují či omezují. Rovněž odpovídá na otázku, které hlavní změny v oblasti volné úhrady plateb přineslo zavedení eura a světová hospodářská krize. Dále rozebírá právní úpravu projektu jednotné oblasti pro platby v eurech, která má být dobudována v roce 2012. A konečně tato diplomová práce obsahuje i srovnání evropské a české právní úpravy v oblasti svobody volné úhrady plateb.

Abstract:

This thesis, called the Freedom of Payments in the European Union and Measures for its Support, is an in-depth analysis of the historical development of freedom of payments. As also its aim suggests the legal framework for measures which regulate or restrict this freedom, is discussed and described in details. In the times after the introduction of euro, currently under strong influence of global financial crises, the question may be raised, which are the major changes concerning the freedom of payments. Therefore, a description of the legal framework for Single Euro Payment Area, supposed to be established in 2012, is concluded in this work. Furthermore, a comparison of the European and Czech legislation concerning the freedom of payments can be seen in this thesis.
