Abstract:

Diplomová práce "Zásobovací logistika konkrétního podniku" se zabývá analýzou systému zásobovací logistiky ve společnosti DEKORA-Jeníček, a.s. se zaměřením na problematiku zásob základního materiálu a jejich řízení v tomto podniku. Teoretická část shromažďuje dosavadní poznatky z oblasti zásobovací logistiky, zásob a jejich řízení. V praktické části popisuji systém zásobovací logistiky v podniku DEKORA-Jeníček, a.s. Především se zde zabývám analýzou zásob a jejich řízení. Cílem práce je předložení návrhů na snížení zásob základního materiálu a v důsledku toho i snížení nákladů na jejich skladování v tomto podniku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Supply logistics of concrete company" deals with an analysis of the system of supply logistics in the company DEKORA-Jeníček, s.c. with focus on the issue of the basic material inventory and their management in this company. The theoretical section compiles current knowledge from field of supply logistics, inventory and their management. The practical section describes the system of supply logistics in the company DEKORA-Jeníček, s.c. Above all I deal with the inventory analysis and their management. The goal of the thesis is to bring forward proposals for the reduction of basic materials inventory and in consequence also for the reduction of storage costs in the company.
