Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je prokázat resilienci vybraných měst vůči vnějším hrozbám. V první části práce rozvíjí správu města, kdy postupně předkládá klíčové prvky jako je strategické plánování, systém ekonomiky města a krizové řízení. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to prove resilience of selected cities towards external threats. The first part of the thesis develops magement of city itself, where it gradually presents key elements such as strategic planning, the city´s economy and crisis management.
