Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je založena na zkoumání epitopů zvířecích erytrocytů pomocí lektinů za použití hemaglutinace. Stejně jako lidské erytrocyty obsahují na svém povrchu sacharidy, ne jinak je tomu u zvířecích erytrocytů. Pomocí lektinů, které reverzibilně a specificky vážou sacharidy je možné zjistit přítomnost určitých sacharidů i na zvířecích erytrocytech. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is based on the examination of epitopes of animal erythrocytes by lectins using hemagglutination. Just as human erythrocytes contain carbohydrates on their surface, so do animal erythrocytes. With the help of lectins, which reversibly and specifically bind carbohydrates, it is possible to detect the presence of certain carbohydrates in animal erythrocytes.
