Abstract:
Obsahem této práce je organizační struktura konkrétního podniku. Získané poznatky z příslušné oblasti vědního oboru managementu jsou aplikovány v návrhu na změnu organizace a řízení podniku. Organizační úpravy mají zefektivnit podnikové procesy a nový projekční útvar má podpořit stabilitu podniku a jeho konkurenceschopnost.
Abstract:
This projects contains organization structure of an existing company. Knowledge gained in the selected course of management theory are applied in the proposal for change of organization and management of the company. Changes in organization structure are meant to optimize company processes and new project department is meant to support stability of the company and its competitiveness.
