In this thesis, we will examine discourse around the Hydrogen strategy published by the European Commission with a consultation period between 26th of May and 6th of June 2020. It is now established that hydrogen will play role in the future of energy transition and this strategy is a summary of targets and policy suggestions that should accelerate this process.
