Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce popisuje cvičební techniku Gyrokinesis a Gyrotonic. V první části jsou vysvětleny principy těchto cvičení. V další části je životopis tvůrce cvičení Julia Horvatha a instruktorky Barbory Kohoutkové, která se tímto cvičením zabývá .Na konci práce se zaměřuji na svou osobní zkušenost s těmito druhy cvičení. Abstract:
This thesis describes training technique of Gyrokinesis a Gyrotonic. The principles of these methods are explained in the first part. In the other part are curriculum vitaes of the founder of training Julia Horvath and of instructress Barbora Kohoutková, who is engaged in this training. Accessibility: Autor udělil v licenční smlouvě souhlas s: a) rozmnožováním díla jakýmikoliv prostředky a vjakékoliv formě, včetně formy elektronické; b) bezúplatným rozšiřováním originálu Školního díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin pořízených podle písm. a); d) vystavováním originálu díla nebo jeho rozmnoženin podle písm. a); e) sdělováním veřejnosti všemi způsoby uvedenými v ustanovení § 18 až 23 autorského zákona, zejména pak živým provozování Školního díla a jeho přenosem a zpřístupňováním Školního díla způsobem, že kdokoliv může mít k němu přístup na místě a v čase podle své vlastní volby (tzn. především v síti Internet na webových stránkách Nabyvatele).;
