Types of Shares in the Stock Company and their Transfer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce „Druhy akcií v akciové společnosti a jejich převod“ se ve své první polovině zabývá vymezením obecného pojmu akcie, jejími zákonem stanovenými náležitostmi a jednotlivými druhy akcií v akciové společnosti. Ve druhé polovině pojednává o převodu akcií tak, jak jej upravuje zákon č. 89/2012 Sb. občanský zákoník a zákon č. 90/2012 Sb. o obchodních společnostech a družstev.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis "Types of shares in the stock company and their transfer” in its first half deals with share in general, its necessity determined by law and types of shares in the stock company. In the second half, it deals with shares transfer according to to Act. No. 89/2012 Sb. and Act. No. 90/2012 Sb.
