Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na intrapersonální vztah rodinné a pracovní sféry v životě jedince. Zasazuje tuto problematiku do kontextu současné euroamerické společnosti a soustředí se na jednotlivé mechanismy možného vzniku konfliktu mezi danými oblastmi. This thesis focuses on the work-family relationship in the context of the modern society. In the first section, the main focus is on the mechanisms of the work-family conflict and the work-family enrichment.
