The Cleansing of the Public Administration (1945-1948)

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je očista veřejné správy v letech 1945–1948. Práce je primárně zaměřena na dekret č. 105/1945 Sb., který upravuje vznik a působení očistných komisí pro přezkoumání činnosti veřejných zaměstnanců. Popisuje základní zásady, osobní a věcnou působnost, průběh řízení před očistnými komisemi a vztah dekretu k dalším předpisům, které se zabývaly očistou veřejného života v jiných formách. Cílem práce je podat ucelený popis průběhu očisty vedené proti veřejným zaměstnancům v poválečném období.

Abstract:

The purpose of the diploma thesis is The cleansing of the public administration in 1945-1948. The work is primarily focused on Decree no. 105/1945 Coll., which regulates the formation and action of Cleansing Commissions for reviewing the work of civil servants. It describes the basic principles of personal and material scope of the proceedings before the Cleansing Commissions and relationship of the Decree to other regulations, which deal with the cleansing of public life in other forms. The aim is to provide a comprehensive description of the cleansing conducted against civil servants and in the post war period.
