Strategical analysis of production company
Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci analyzuji fiktivní výrobní firmu.Používám interní a externí analýzu firmy. Popisuji teoretické metody hodnocení firmy a využívám je v části praktické. Cílem práce je předložit managementu společnosti návrh řešení možné strategie firmy tak, jak je z hlediska mnou provedené analýzy efektivní.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the fictive production company. I use internal and external analysis.I describe theoretical methods company evaluation and then I use them in practical part. The aim of this thesis is to provide the management proposal of the company strategy optimization so that it would be effective from the analysis point of view.
