Cílem této diplomové práce je naleznout, systematicky charakterizovat, popsat a vysvětlit jednotlivé sankční prostředky vyskytující se v daňovém právu. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find, systematically characterize, describe and explain individual sanctions which are found in tax law. In the introductory chapter the important terms, which are important to understanding the issue, are explained.
