Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou uznávání a výkonu rozhodnutí v oblasti vyživovací povinnosti v rámci Evropské unie. V jejím rámci dochází k analýze nového unijního nařízení o výživném č. 4/2009 a postupů v něm obsažených. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issues of recognition and execution of the maintenance obligation within the European Union. An analysis of the new EU alimony regulation n° 4/2009, as well as the processes inluded in it, is performed within the framework of the thesis.
