Bryofloristic research of prepared Nature reserve in MS Beskydy Mts

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce podává výsledky floristického výzkumu epifytických a epixylických mechorostů na třech vybraných lokalitách náležících do CHKO Beskydy v pramenné oblasti řeky Morávky. Výzkum se uskutečnil od 4. 8. do 25. 11. 2018. Práce obsahuje charakteristiky lokalit, seznam a popis nalezených taxonů. Bylo provedeno také srovnání druhové diverzity epifytických a epixylických druhů s druhy rostoucími na zemi na kamenech, které zde ve stejném období zkoumala Michaela Benešová. K práci je přiložena mapa lokalit, kde byl proveden výzkum a jednotlivé sběry a fotografie lokalit. Determinované druhy jsou uloženy v herbáři Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě (OSTR).

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis presents the results of the occurrence of epiphytic epixylous bryophytes on three localities in CHKO Beskydy on the hills around Morávka river. The survey was performed from the 4th August until the 25th November 2018. A description of localities, ecological requirements and recent occurence of bryophytes is present. Comparison of diversity of epifytic and epixylic species with terrestrial and epilitic species was made at the same time with Michaela Benešová. In the thesis a map of the area studied is present and photos taken during the study are attached. Specimens of the mosses are kept in the herbarium of the University of Ostrava.
