Analýza konkurence ve strojírenském odvětví

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu konkurence strojírenského odvětví, konkrétně firem kategorizovaných dle CZ NACE 25.6 s počtem zaměstnanců 250-499, působící v Jihočeském kraji a dodávající výrobky pro automobilový průmysl. V teoretické části je nejprve vysvětlena konkurence, konkurenční výhoda, prostředí a jednotlivé tržní struktury a typy. Významná část teoretické části se zaměřuje na analýzu vnitřního prostředí a jednotlivé faktory analýzy. Teoretické poznatky jsou poté uplatněny v aplikační části, kde autor představí všechny vybrané podniky a pomocí analýzy vnitřního prostředí hodnotí faktory jednotlivých společností, přičemž je velký důraz kladen na zhodnocení finanční analýzy, ve které je vypracována vertikální i horizontální analýza aktiv, pasiv nákladů a výnosů. Všechny společnosti jsou následně porovnány ve všech faktore vnitřní analýza výsledky jsou prezentovány v diskuzi výsledků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the competition of the engineering industry, namely companies categorized according to CZ NACE 25.6 with the number of employees 250-499, operating in the South Bohemian Region and supplying products for the automotive industry. The theoretical part explains first the competition, the competitive advantage, the environment and the individual market structures and types. An important part of the theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the internal environment and the individual factors of analysis. The theoretical knowledge is then applied in the application section, where the author introduces all the selected companies and evaluates the factors of the individual companies by means of an analysis of the internal environment, with particular emphasis on the evaluation of the financial analysis in which the vertical and horizontal analysis of assets, liabilities and costs are elaborated. All companies are then compared in all internal analysis factors and the results are presented in the results discussion.
