Theatre Aesthetics of Oscar Wilde
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Divadelní estetika Oscara Wildea se pokouší na několika jeho komediích ukázat vliv estetiky dandysmu na dílo a život Oscara Wildea. Předkládá shrnutí konceptů společenského i duševního dandysmu, jeho zástupce i teorie a jejich aplikaci ve Wildeově tvorbě. Taktéž se pokouší uvést dandysmus jako jeden z prvků, jež měly značný podíl na změně chápání těla v umění.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis Theatre aesthetics of Oscar Wilde is trying to demonstrate influence of dandyism on Wilde's work and life trought some of his comedies. It summarizes both concepts - social and spiritual dandyism. It presents its leading figures, their theories and applies them on Wilde's work.
